International Shipping

We ship worldwide at a fix rate of 12€/order. Taxes may apply at arrival, please investigate before ordering.

Exchanges & Returns

When ordering at Janeiro Collective you have 14 calendar days since product arrival to proceed with its exchange or return.

EXCHANGES

The costs of shipping costs inherent to the exchange of the item are paid by the customer. The exchange can be made for another item of equal or greater value.

If the item you sent us is in perfect condition and the item you want to exchange is available in stock, we will send you our bank details so that you can pay the difference in value, if the item is of a higher value.

For the exchange to be carried out it is necessary:

- Check if the product is on time (14 calendar days after receiving the product); IMPORTANT: Requests received after this deadline will not be accepted.

- All items must be returned in their original packaging (box), with tags, hygiene protection and seals intact. All accessories must be shipped with the product;

- The product must not have been used or damaged;

- The invoice and the return form must be sent with the product.

RETURNS

If the item is in perfect condition, the refund will be made in a purchase voucher. Returns can be made within 14 days after receiving the item.

How to make an exchange or return? To make an exchange or return, you must send an email to info@janeirocollective.com. You should include in the email: name, telephone contact, order number and reason for exchange or return.
